This project showcases what a wonderful outcome can be achieved when Multicreation and planning come together to produce a dream house for the client - from buying a children’s schools to fully demolishing and creating a luxurious high-end new build house in the heart of West London. Throughout this complicated project, from multiple designs, planning and construction discussions on-going with our client and contractors produced a result of which everyone was rightly proud.
Multiple plans were drawn up to provide three independent living arrangements plus a separate area for communal interaction. The acoustic room required its own entrance to ensure autonomous access. The opulence of this house demanded a grand hall and staircase to display its full magnificence. The latter was achieved through a concrete construction with resplendent lighting. With expert advice, an appropriate music suite was constructed where acoustics were perfect and sound-proofing prevented any disturbance to others.
The final result was a showcase mansion which included three independent living areas plus a communal one; a grand hall and staircase, and a music room with professional facilities with private access.
